While the electronic filing system has proven to be highly reliable and relatively easy to use, the clerk's office has established an ECF Help Desk to assist if problems occur. You may contact the ECF Help Desk at 1-800-776-0320, option #8, or by e-mail at ecfhelp@nhd.uscourts.gov. The Help Desk is staffed weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (local time) and is available at all other times to record voice mail messages.
