Jurors who travel in excess of an hour for jury duty may stay overnight at government expense. Jurors cannot be compensated for overnight stays unless they were activated by the call-in procedures.

If you believe you will be eligible for an overnight stay during your term of service, please contact the jury administrator who will advise you where to stay, how to make your reservation, how to submit your hotel receipt at check-in and how you will be reimbursed by the court.
