During inclement weather periods, the Chief Judge always consults with the Clerk of Court to evaluate road conditions on a state-wide basis. As the safety of jurors and court personnel is always a priority, court proceedings may be delayed or canceled in the event of hazardous conditions.

If court proceedings are to be delayed or canceled due to inclement weather conditions, the message on the call-in line will be updated by 6:30 a.m. and the home page will include a weather icon containing cancellation/delay notices. Please do not call before that time as the message will not reflect current information.
