58.1 Procedure for Misdemeanors and Other Petty Offenses; Payment in Lieu of CollateralThe court adopts the Schedules for Forfeiture of Collateral as may be amended from time to time. Said schedules shall be maintained by the clerk for public inspection. Under these schedules, in suitable cases, the payment of a fixed sum in lieu of appearance may be accepted and the proceedings terminated.
