The court has developed the below interactive computer-based training (CBT) modules that are specific to the filing requirements and filing system used in the District of New Hampshire. These training modules have replaced our live CM/ECF user training program. Depending upon the speed of your computer system, it may take between 3 to 5 minutes for the selected CBT to load for your use. You will also need Adobe Flash installed on your computer to view the training, which can be downloaded.

Please be advised: Rule changes implemented on December 1, 2018 have not been incorporated into the Computer Based Training Modules. Specifically, information provided in the modules regarding Serving and Filing Pleadings and other Documents, which primarily focus on presumptive mandatory electronic filing for attorneys and certificate of service requirements.  Therefore, please review Fed. R. Civ. P. 5 and Fed. R. Crim. P. 49 before filing pleadings or other documents in CM/ECF.
