Preparing for NextGen

NextGen CM/ECF requires each filer to have his/her own individual PACER account. If a filer does not have an individual PACER account, the filer must create one before the court upgrades to NextGen.

Shared PACER accounts cannot be used by filers once the court has upgraded.

Firms may set up a PACER Administrative Account (PAA) to help manage PACER accounts and have those individual accounts centrally billed for PACER access fees. Click here for more information regarding PAA accounts. To register for a PAA account visit

Action Needed:

Link your upgraded PACER account to your New Hampshire District CM/ECF account.
