ADA Accommodations
The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) prohibits, under certain circumstances, discrimination based on disability. The ADA does not apply to the federal judiciary; however, pursuant to Judicial Conference policy, federal courts provide reasonable accommodations to all persons with disabilities.
If you are a person with a disability who needs an accommodation in order to participate in a court proceeding, please contact the court prior to your arrival to discuss available accommodations. If you are involved in a particular case, you should contact the case manager assigned to your case. See the court's Contact Information page for the case manager's phone number and email address.
