NextGen CM/ECF
The United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire has upgraded its Case Management/Electronic Case Files (CM/ECF) software to the Next Generation (NextGen) of CM/ECF. NextGen is the culmination of a multi-year project headed by the Administrative Office of the United States Courts to provide for the current and future filing and case management needs of all CM/ECF users. This upgrade introduces a Central Sign-On feature through PACER, which allows e-filing attorneys to use one PACER login and password to view documents and access any NextGen court (district, appellate and bankruptcy) in which they practice.
This court converted to NextGen CM/ECF on November 12, 2019.
Attorneys must obtain their own individual upgraded PACER account. Your individual PACER account is your login to NextGen CM/ECF. A shared firm PACER account cannot be used to e-file documents with NextGen CM/ECF. If you have an exisiting New Hampshire CM/ECF account, you must link that account with your individual upgraded PACER account in order to e-file.
Note: If you e-file in multiple NextGen CM/ECF courts, you must link each court CM/ECF account to your individual upgraded PACER account in order to e-file in each NextGen CM/ECF court.
