Transcript Requests
Typically, transcripts of court proceedings are prepared within a 30 days. For an additional fee, transcripts can be expedited for delivery within 14 days, 7 days, 3 days, or on a daily or hourly time period.
Transcripts may be available in the following formats: paper, electronic format via email, ASCII disk, or CD. Keyword indexes and compressed transcripts can be provided, along with, in limited situations, realtime rough drafts. Parties should contact the individual reporter directly to order a transcript, to specify the desired delivery format, and for payment instructions.

For detention hearings in which audio recording constitutes the official record of the proceedings, a party may purchase a copy of the audio recording from the clerk’s office for a fee of $32.00 in lieu of a transcript, for assistance in preparing a bail appeal. LR 80.1(b).
