As the safety of jurors and court personnel is always a priority, court proceedings may be delayed or canceled in the event of hazardous conditions.

If court proceedings are to be delayed or canceled due to inclement weather conditions, the message on the AJIS call-in line will be updated by 6:30 a.m. and the court website will include a banner containing cancellation/delay notices. Please do not call before that time as the message will not reflect current information.

In the event there is a delayed opening that impacts a grand jury session, grand jurors should report thirty (30) minutes after the Court is scheduled to open unless your AJIS message indicates you should report at a later time.
