The court's local rule amendments go into effect December 1, 2015. The electronic and pdf versions of the rules available on the court's website have been updated. For those interested, paper copies of the local rules as amended are availble for purchase in the clerk's office for $4.50 per copy. Please note that the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure also have been amended, effective December 1, 2015.
