2019 Mediation CLE - Impasse Breaking Skills for Mediators and Advocates
The United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire, in conjunction with the New Hampshire Judicial Branch – Office of Mediation and Arbitration and the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law invite you to attend an all day mediation seminar on Thursday, October 24, 2019. Sam Imperati, JD of ICM Resolutions will present Impasse Breaking Skills for Mediators and Advocates: Traps, Tips and Tools. The program is designed to be interactive to promote conversations between mediators and advocates on how to work together to best serve the parties. Attendees will leave with practical tools to navigate around traps, and how to reach "resolutions", not just "settlements".
The program will be held at the Rudman Courthouse, 55 Pleasant St., Concord, NH 03301. Registration will begin at 8:30 a.m., with the program starting at 9:00 a.m. and conclude at 4:30 p.m. Light refreshments will be provided during morning and afternoon breaks. Participants will have time to enjoy lunch on their own. The program is free of charge, but those that register must complete a survey prior to the event. Survey links will be emailed upon completion of the registration.
Under the N.H. Bar CLE rules, attendees may qualify for total of 345 minutes (5.75 hours) of CLE credit.
