Do the parties still need to produce an exhibit list and paper exhibits if they are using JERS at trial?

FAQ Type:
answer:
Yes, at least at this time. Pursuant to AP 3.5, all trial exhibits and exhibit lists must be filed conventionally in accordance with LR 83.14(a) and LCrR 16.1(g). The use of JERS does not alter those requirements. Unless otherwise ordered, the paper and other physical exhibits will be given to the jury during deliberations.
