The court has increased its megabyte limit on pdf documents filed in ECF from 5 megabytes to 10 megabytes.  The court also no longer requires that pdf documents exceeding 15 megabytes (in total) be filed conventionally.  These changes impact AP 2.3(b) and 2.6, which rules will be formally changed during the local rule amendment cycle later this year.
