My law firm/office shares a PACER account. Can we continue to do this using NextGen CM/ECF?

No. Each user must have an individual upgraded PACER account in order to e-file in NextGen CM/ECF. A PACER Administrative Account (PAA) can be created to manage the billing for all of the individual accounts. Staff members who share a PACER account only for research can continue to share.
