Personal Identifiers + Sensitive Information Reminder

Anyone filing documents with the court are reminded to consider that all filings will be remotely available to the public via the court’s electronic filing system absent an order from the court or redaction as required by the federal and local rules. As a consequence, anyone filing documents with the court should exercise caution when filing such documents, and either redact information required by rule to be redacted or file a motion to seal the filing or certain information contained in the filing. More information about redacting (including what are effective/not effective methods for doing so) and steps that can be taken to protect other sensitive information can be found  in the reference materials under the Electronic Filing tab on the court's website: Redacting Personal Identifiers/Protecting Sensitive Information in Pleadings.
