The United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire has entered a new Standing Order allowing attorneys and pro se parties who must submit paper filings under our Local Rules and ECF Rules to submit those documents by email.  Paper filings may also continue to be submitted by using the outside filing depository behind the Cleveland Federal Building or by United States mail.
