The United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire has entered a new Standing Order (20-17) extending the continuance of jury trials, grand jury proceedings, mediations, and non-court related events until July 1, 2020. During this time, the court will continue to conduct civil and criminal hearings by videoconference and telephonic hearings (20-7; 20-12) or by in-court hearings (20-6) in the discretion of the presiding judge.
