The United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire has entered a new Standing Order (20-21) extending the continuance of jury trials, mediations, and non-court related events until August 1, 2020. This new order does not automatically continue grand jury proceedings. Moving forward, the court will continue to conduct civil and criminal hearings by videoconference and telephonic hearings (20-7; 20-12) or by in-court hearings (20-6) in the discretion of the presiding judge.
