To expedite your research this section provides answers to those frequently asked questions about the court and its procedures. We hope you find them helpful and informative.

  • What if I have an emergency the day before or the day of jury selection?
    Please notify the jury staff as soon as any emergency or other unforeseen circumstance arises that may interfere with your jury service. If such a circumstance arises the day before or day you are required to report for service, call the jury clerk and leave a detailed message, including a phone number where you can be reached and a brief description of the circumstance. Jury staff will contact you as soon as they are able.
  • I just received my jury summons in the mail. What do I do next?
    Review and follow the instructions you received with your summons.
