For an applicant to become a member of the court's mediation panel, the following requirements must be satisfied: (1) the applicant must be a member of the bar of this court, in good standing, for at least ten years; (2) the mediation panel supervising judge must determine that the applicant is competent to perform the duties of a mediator; and (3) the applicant must complete 20 hours of mediation training from a recognized ADR organization, university or court.
