Wireless Internet Access

Wireless internet access (“Wi-Fi”) is available in the Rudman Courthouse to lawyers, their paralegals, and other persons authorized to bring mobile communication devices into the courthouse. To use the court’s Wi-Fi, you must select the “Guest” network on your mobile device.

Please keep in mind several points that apply to anyone using the court’s network:

  • The court does not warrant or guarantee that this service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses;
  • Users should be aware that there are security, privacy, and confidentiality risks inherent in the use of any wireless communication and the court does not make any assurances related to those risks for those using its network;
  • The court reserves the right to monitor, intercept, and/or disclose any transmission made using the court’s wireless network; and
  • The court reserves the right to deny or restrict access to any user who abuses the network, such as consuming unusual amounts of bandwidth or using it for any improper purpose.
