NOTE: Pursuant to LR 83.15, parties planning to use courtroom technology during a trial or hearing are required to understand and be prepared to operate the equipment. Individual practice and hands-on experience cannot be overemphasized. Attorneys and pro se parties are strongly encouraged to schedule practice time in a courtroom in advance of a hearing or trial date.

By local rule, attorneys and pro se parties wishing to schedule practice time should contact the case manager assigned to the case no later than five (5) days prior to hearing/trial. Pursuant to LR 16.3(c), requests to use a particular courtroom or specific equipment must be made at the final pretrial conference.
