Trial Periods
Absent specific court order, juries are drawn every other Tuesday, unless otherwise noted. The trial periods listed are two-week segments. The schedule below outlines the jury selection dates set for upcoming calendar years. The initials indicate which judicial officers will be hearing cases during that trial period–JL, Judge Laplante; SM, Judge McAuliffe; PB, Judge Barbadoro; LM, Chief Judge McCafferty; SE, Judge Elliott; AJ, Magistrate Judge Johnstone; and TSM, Magistrate Judge Saint-Marc. Except as otherwise noted on the calendar, Judge Laplante, Judge Barbadoro, and Magistrate Judge Saint-Marc hear cases during the first two-week period, Chief Judge McCafferty, Judge McAuliffe, Judge Elliott, and Magistrate Judge Johnstone during the second two-week period.
