Trial Periods
Absent specific court order, juries are drawn every other Tuesday, unless otherwise noted. The trial periods listed are two-week segments. The schedule below outlines the jury selection dates set for upcoming calendar years. The initials indicate which judicial officers will be hearing cases during that trial period–JL, Judge Laplante; SM, Judge McAuliffe; PB, Judge Barbadoro; JD, Judge DiClerico; LM, Chief Judge McCafferty; and AJ, Magistrate Judge Johnstone. Except as otherwise noted on the calendar, Judge Laplante, Judge Barbadoro and Judge DiClerico hear cases during the first two-week period, Chief Judge McCafferty, Judge McAuliffe, and Magistrate Judge Johnstone during the second two-week period.
